Littlejohn manages a group of investment partnerships, whose limited partners include top tier institutional investors such as state and corporate pension funds, endowments, and financial institutions. In addition, several of these investors have active co-investment and debt programs, which represent significant additional resources for add-on acquisitions and other major capital programs.

The firm manages four funds with committed capital of approximately $2.8 billion. The firm is currently investing from Littlejohn Fund IV, L.P., which has approximately US$1.3 billion in capital commitments.
