Leon Ellin

Mr. Ellin became an operating partner in 2004. He has 40 years of experience in senior financial and operating positions, in both large and mid-sized companies. He spent the 20 years immediately prior to his service at Littlejohn managing turnaround, restructuring and strategic business refocusing tasks at a number of mid-sized companies, including Wilton Industries, ITCO Holding Company, Edward Don & Company, Champion Products, Inc. and Voit Corporation. His prior experience includes ten years with Colgate-Palmolive, including director of Corporate Strategic Planning and as CFO of a Colgate subsidiary company. His educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and an AB from the University of Chicago.

Dixon Walker

Mr. Walker became an operating partner with the Firm in 2004. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Walker was chairman and chief executive officer of Pameco Corporation, a Littlejohn portfolio company. Prior to joining Pameco, Mr. Walker was president and chief executive officer of Jannock Ltd, a publicly traded Canadian building products company. From 1969 to 1997, Mr. Walker held several positions with Johns Manville Corp, the last of which was group senior vice president. Mr. Walker received a BSE from California Polytechnic Institute State University in 1973 and is a graduate of Stanford University Executive Management Program.
