Mr. Cohen joined Littlejohn in 2008 from J. P. Morgan, where he served as an analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group. At J. P. Morgan he was involved in executing M&A transactions across several industries, including healthcare, industrials and technology. Mr. Cohen received a B.S. degree in Finance and International Studies, with high distinction, from Indiana University in 2006.
