Mr. Vogl joined Littlejohn in 2017 as an Operating Advisor focused on Strategic Growth and supports investment teams and portfolio company leadership in driving sales success. He is a sales executive with a track record of driving growth with best practice business processes including sales strategy, salesforce structure, identifying new opportunities and pipeline management, goal setting and metrics, CRM system implementation, compensation plans, and time and territory management. He has a strong leadership management background and previously worked as Global VP of Sales for Crosby Group, VP of Sales for Danaher’s automation platform and Parker Hannifin as General Sales Manager. Mr. Vogl holds a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University.
