Kelly Despontin joined Littlejohn in 2023 as a Value Creation Director partnering with the executive teams of our portfolio companies to create and implement strategies to deliver long-term enterprise value. Ms. Despontin brings a combination of management consulting and hands-on management experience that balances strategic vision with practical and effective tactics to drive transformation. Prior to joining Littlejohn, she was a Business Development Director at Instacart, leading a $1B portfolio of brick-and-mortar grocery clients in growing their e-commerce businesses via Marketplace and Enterprise platforms. Kelly also spent 7 years at Amazon in a variety of product management and category leadership roles. She started her career as a management consultant with Kearney in their Chicago and Sydney offices. Ms. Despontin holds a B.S. from Northwestern University in Organizational Behavior and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
