Mr. Sweeney joined Littlejohn in 2024 as an associate on the distressed investments team. Before joining Littlejohn, Mr. Sweeney was an associate on the Sixth Street Partners direct lending team, where he was primarily focused on underwriting senior secured private credit investments across a range of industries. Prior to Sixth Street, Mr. Sweeney was an investment banking analyst in the Special Situations group at Cowen, where he largely worked on in-court, debtor side restructurings. Mr. Sweeney received a B.B.A. with distinction in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
