Mr. Hulse joined Littlejohn in 2020 partnering with the investment and management teams, to advance the operational performance of our portfolio companies. Mr. Hulse, and his team, uncover areas where improvement in people, process, technology, data and governance will best impact and drive revenue, EBITDA and working capital improvements. Additionally, he helps identify and upgrade talent as needed and assists in the sourcing of third party resources to aid in the execution of the value creation plan. Previously, he was Chief Digital Officer of both NESCO Holdings (NYSE: CTOS) and BlueLine Rental, both portfolio companies of Platinum Equity, where he lead all transformation initiatives, as well as the IT and Marketing departments. Additionally, for three years, he served as an advisor to the Platinum Equity Operations Group, focused on digital transformation and change management across their portfolio. Prior to his time with Platinum Equity, Mr. Hulse was founder and CEO of Inflection Point Media, a next generation, data-driven, audience targeting platform utilized by leading publishers and Fortune 500 marketers. Mr. Hulse received a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
