Mr. Kalter was an associate at Littlejohn from 2002 to 2005 and then rejoined the company as a vice president in 2010. Mr. Kalter currently serves on the Board of Directors of Brown Jordan, Cook & Boardman and Lipari Foods and played key roles on various prior Littlejohn transactions including Installed Building Products, SunSource, GSE Environmental, Henniges Automotive, Kaman Distribution Group and Dana Kepner. Prior to Littlejohn, Mr. Kalter was a senior credit analyst at Longacre Fund Management, a distressed debt hedge fund. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kalter was an equity research associate at CIBC World Markets, where he covered the wireline telecommunications industry, and an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he covered the Firm’s leveraged finance and financial sponsors group. Mr. Kalter earned a B.S., cum laude, in economics with a concentration in finance and management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He received an M.B.A. with highest distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
