Mrs. Russo joined Littlejohn in 2023 as an Executive Assistant and provides administrative support to the CEO and other Partners at the firm. Prior to joining Littlejohn, she worked at Sycamore Partners, where she provided Executive Assistant support to the Co-Founders as well as managed office operations. Prior to Sycamore Partners, she was an Executive Assistant at Golden Gate Capital in San Francisco supporting the Consumer & Retail Investment Team.
