Mr. Rayburn joined Littlejohn in April 2023 as an Operating Advisor providing Finance & Accounting support to portfolio companies, working with company management and deal partners to help achieve business transformation and optimal performance profitability. Previously, he was at AlixPartners where he was a leader in the Finance Strategy & Improvement consulting practice for the past four years. Prior to AlixPartners, Mr. Rayburn has 20+ years of consulting experience and held leadership roles in the finance transformation practices at Alvarez & Marsal, KPMG, and Booz & Company. Prior to consulting, Mr. Rayburn held finance management roles at Honeywell and International Paper. Mr. Rayburn holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA in Finance from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. He is also a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Illinois.
